Calming Herbal Tea for the Nervous System | Lemon Balm, Hibiscus & Cinnamon

The cinnamon adds warmth and comfort, making this tea especially soothing during cooler months or when the body needs a sense of safety and ease.

This is a tea I reach for when I want to slow down, reconnect with my body, and create a small daily ritual of care.

✨ Ingredients:
2 Parts Lemon balm
1 Part Hibiscus
Cinnamon stick

Steep 10–15 minutes, cover while brewing, and enjoy slowly.
