  1. Why do doctor discriminate on nature herbs that God created. But insist us to take pills that man make the has do more warnings that will affect us. Herbs don’t have side effects like pills do?

  2. When having teas therapeutically, you need to steep the root, rhizome or bark for a minimum of 20 minutes and the leaf or flower for a minimum of 15 minutes. When having carminative herbs (Peppermint, Lemon balm, Chamomile, Ginger and Fennel), make sure you have them before any meals that cause you bloating. Having them directly after can actually make bloating worse! I’ve been using these herbs in clinical practice for over a decade, and they can be amazing if used correctly.
