3️⃣ THINGS MY WIFE IS DOING FOR EARLY POSTPARTUM RECOVERY

Jackie here. Baby is 3 weeks old and postpartum recovery has been going swimmingly.

I have to attest a lot of it to these 3 things:

Kettle & Fire Turmeric & Ginger Bone Broth: Been drinking this flavor bone broth first thing in the morning. It’s such a great way to add extra protein and collagen and it has anti-inflammatory nutrients that have to be helping freshly postpartum.

Electrolytes: Proper hydration is absolutely key. Adding electrolytes in the morning and at night has been a gamechanger, especially while breastfeeding.

Red Raspberry Leaf Tea: Another drink that has been crucial to the healing process. This tea has been known to help restore tone to the uterine and pelvic muscles while also helping heal the giant wound from birth.
