Books are amazing. Read all the books please. Just know that you’ll learn more from hands-on experience than you will from anything you read. Partially because we all absorb information better from doing, and partially because trial & error are the best teachers.
A lot of professional herbalists scare people out of experimenting with herbs in different ways to keep themselves positioned as experts BUT herbalism is for everyone. Get your hands dirty and commit yourself to the process of learning. It’s okay to make a terrible blend as long as you don’t stop blending there.
Huge thank you❤
