I am now 63 Audrey but my last period was only three years ago. Hang in there girls. The hot flashes were really bad but its over now and no more worries about cramps or sore breasts or anything else to do with being a lady. Prayer really helps because the Lord knows what we are going through. My husband also really stepped up and my boss allowed me to go in to work late when I was sleeping badly because I was always sound asleep when my alarm went off even if I had tossed and turned all night. Do anything that helps. Be kind to yourself. This can be a tough time but it will end and you will feel better. I avoided HRT but I did need short term help with depression. On a very happy note I suffer with far less migraines! YIPPEEEE!!
