  2. Just found your channel, very excited to start binge watching during these gloomy snowy months ! One silly question though, how much tea are you using per cup/mug. I find I just grab a bit of this and a bit of that and through it in my strainer and it often ends up full. I am probably wasting a lot of my herbs doing that and want to make this blend
