Prayer first then medicine prayer always eat exercise and vitamins never bare foot keep a house shoe or some shoe that’s dangerous and I rather cold shower my body some and clean the soul somewhere over procedures and surgeries I try not to wash dishes with pure cold water never know what could happen in seconds some of this she said is a total miss and I disagree especially on the safe side❤❤❤
