  1. I’m a night owl so I naturally get tired very late, but on top of that, I suffer and always have suffered with sleep issues. Whenever I feel a little bit anxious, a little bit excited or even when there’s a minor change to my environment, like a new piece of furniture, I can’t sleep. And it’s not my thoughts that are keeping me awake, it’s physical sensations. More often than not it’s my high pulse and a general state of alertness/arousal that doesn’t go away with breathwork or counting in my head or relaxation techniques or guided meditations, and it’s really annoying. Now if there’s something that actually makes me anxious (a travel, an exam, something that feels important, a new date even), I’ll often be up all night and not sleep at all. Idk, I’ve just always felt like my nervous system is hypersensitive to any minor stimulus or change. Can anyone relate?

  2. Sleep deprivation and a terrible lifestyle are completely out of many people’s control, no matter what sleep expert you may talk to, such as the following facts of modern-day living. And this will wreck up your circadian rhythm no matter what you do . I am talking about chronic NOISE POLLUTION THAT IS OUT OF YOUR CONTROL. So many examples, such as Dogs barking that you do not own. Traffic, car, and motorcycle noise from driving past your home. A nearby party of humans breaking laws and creating unfounded noise from music, talking, and laughing, not far from your home. No, you cannot control your sleep hygiene when you have one or multiple modern-day noise-disturbing pollution, all man-made, that is out of your control. Collectively, we stopped living like our Ancestor Forefathers, living according to the sun rise and sun set, and lived with nature and did not use any digital devices.
This happened to me many times when I was younger, and it still happens sometimes out of the blue.
The simple solution or not-so-simple lifestyle solution is to MOVE out of this terrible environment. Find a home rental or purchase far away from the main drag of traffic. More info shared below.

  3. Me slept at 9pm and stayed awake till now it’s in the mng now time to jump out of bed for work. This sucks
