I used to suffer from these terrible cramps. I found that water ( preferably warm) every 30 mins or so helped to relax muscles and get rid if excess bloat from body which helped a lot. Also praying over the water I drink helped me to heal the pain extremely fast ans Warm shower to relax body. I have mild food when I am in such pain mostly oatmeal, banana, soup or a light sandwich (flat bread) during the pain.
