Ginger has a variety of health benefits. If you learn its properties and learn ways to combine them with other ingredients or herbs, you can enhance its functions even more.

In this video, Shirley gave you some tips on how to combine it with four different ingredients, so you get the full benefits out of it. The four ingredients used are

— Red dates (Jujube)
— Honey

  2. Does fresh ginger has different properties from dried ginger? If so, which one is better to consume?

  3. No citrus fruit for me and then the Chinese root herbs have to be without additives or preservatives because i’m sensitive to those. Next time you should make tea with Ginger, Turmeric, Korean Ginseng, Reishi, Green Cardamom. Second tea after that try making with Astragalus, Glehnia, Burdock, Codonopsis, Atractylodes. Please show us in a separate video or make two videos one for each tea.
