  2. Our national health institute discourages snd even forbids ashwaganda and ir rhodiola. It causes liver damage snd is dangerous for thyroid health given to research.
    I lived strict carnivore 2 tears and nearly wrecked my adrenals with it. Don’t believe every hype on the internet.

  3. This is the absolute best video I’ve seen on hypothyroidism!!! Except many of the foods he recommends will spike my blood sugar.
