  1. My daughter is a Teacher going into perimenapause. Being in the States medical care has been priced out of reach for so many. This information is wonderful.

  2. My main issue right now in perimenopause is exhaution/fatigue… You mentionned Maca is good for that, but how much and how often should I take Maca to not feel so exhausted all that time? I do not consume any caffeine as it gives me the jitters/fast heart rate and worsens insomnia, so looking for natural alternatives without those side effects. I actually added 1/4 tsp maca root powder into my protein shake this morning…. but am not sure how much I shoudl take to notice a difference.thanks. really apreciate your content 🙂

  3. I tried ashwaghanda and became extremely ill: vomiting & severe headache…since that was the only change I had tried, I realized I might have some sensitivity to this herb …
