  1. I’m totally on board with what you’re saying but You are just throwing out product names of things with no explanation. Please explain what you mean with reference to appropriate research or studies to back what you are saying. I saw you on the DOAC Podcast where you were very convincing. But please post links to research to back up what you say. We are on the same page, especially on grief, mourning and mental health but I’d like to see the evidence. Love the posts but please provide the missing back up.

  2. I use L theanine and magnesium every day, some times in copious amounts. Not bragging, just seems to help on really stressful days. I can also tell you. If you’re an empath chances are very good that you have high stress and anxiety. Trust me when I tell you this: phosphatidylserine is your friend. I use phosphatidylserine midday, L theanine in the evening, and magnesium before bed and any other high stress times. I pretty much 86’d all other supplements besides Thiamine. Supplements often make me feel like crap anyway.

  3. Hi Doctor how to i get off Qautiapine and venlafaxine Im using 400mgr Qautiapine and 300mgr of Venlafaxine and sometimes Clonazapine i have bipolar and anxiety? i want to start using magnesium citrate and aswagandah .I also started weight lifting and I want use creatine is it safe ?
