Boil some grated ginger and add little sugar for taste drink the water.. iy really helped me…but remember to eat good food before period starts so that all bowels are clean and on periods don’t be empty stomach. EAT sweet lime is is very good if digestion is not proper,daily soaked raisins work, daily walks and excersice work,massage lukewarm coconut or sesame oil on belly button and massage clockwise direction with very little pressure, see some acupressure points on hands and legs and if u have ur family member present tell yhem to do it for u or do it ur self . I know the pain I have tried these method and still on the way to heal myself completely so that I dony even have to cry and face hell even one day becoz I know I can’t have the luxury of strees free sleep on periods everytime for 2 to 3 days.If anyone have more such longterm solutions plz mention
