This Is the Only Parasite Detox Tea You’ll Need #parasitecleanse

This isn’t your average tea. This is my powerful herbal detox… Clean Sweep. A potent, carefully crafted herbal detox blend made for targeting parasites, cleansing your blood, supporting the liver, and restoring balance to your gut.
Let’s break it all the way down because you should never drink a tea this powerful without understanding why it works.

Herbs + Benefits + Why They Matter
1. Wormwood
• Star of the show for parasite cleansing
• Contains thujone, a compound that helps paralyze and eliminate parasites from the body
• Stimulates bile production to aid liver detox
• Important note: It’s powerful only use when needed, not for casual sipping or long-term use

2. Cloves
• One of the only herbs proven to kill parasite eggs
• Antifungal, antibacterial, and supports oral/gut health
• Enhances the potency of wormwood and works synergistically

3. Fennel Seeds
• Helps with bloating, gas, and smooth digestion
• Mildly laxative and antimicrobial. Keeps things moving
• Balances out the intensity of stronger herbs

4. Dandelion Root
• Liver and kidney detoxifier
• Diuretic properties help flush out waste
• Rich in minerals to support the body while detoxing

5. Burdock Root
• Blood purifier + lymphatic system supporter
• Loaded with antioxidants and prebiotics for gut flora
• Helps eliminate heavy metals and deeply stored toxins

6. Peppermint
• Soothes the GI tract and supports nutrient absorption
• Cooling and calming to balance the heat of the cleanse
• Makes the tea more palatable without reducing its power

How to Prepare the Herbal Decoction Properly:

In a non-metal pot, combine:
• 1 tsp fennel seeds
• ½ tsp cloves
• ½ tsp wormwood
• 1 tsp dandelion root
• 1 tsp burdock root
• 1 tsp peppermint

Directions:
• Add 2½ cups of cold spring or filtered water.
• Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a low simmer. Simmer covered for 25–30 minutes.
• This is called a decoction. The proper method for extracting nutrients from roots and seeds.
• Strain, cool slightly, and sip warm or pour over ice.

When & How to Take It:
• Drink 1 cup daily only during active detox periods (like your papaya seed cleanse).
• Take it after your binder and at least 1 hour away from meals or supplements.
• Only use for 7–10 days at a time, then stop for 1 month to rest the body.

Important Keynotes:
• Do not use this blend if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or on certain medications.
• Wormwood is potent, use with intention, and break between cycles.
• Always stay hydrated while detoxing.
• Best paired with a clean eating plan, rest, and light movement.
