  1. The same exercises, albeit very beneficial also create inflammation! My go to inflammation war is raw organic vegetables and 48 hours dry fasting.

  2. So I just had knee surgery, and it’s horrifying how it’s now a ball of inflammation, so I should do chest exercises to pump more blood?

  3. I can barely walk because of pervasive tendonitis. I have no idea what to do but physical activity is basically whole body crucifixion. Im tired of platitudes. Doctors are now saying its a perception problem. Apparently, pain is now an illusion.

I have inflammation in my autonomic nervous system from an acupuncturist who used contraindicated aggressive electrical stimulation on points that had no relevance to the symptoms of his “most sensitive patient ever” (I’m ASD1). I was thinking ooh I could do a fast but my vasomotor nerves are involved and I’ve had a couple hypotensive drops, idk if fasting is wise
